The Operator Behind the Partnership

I don't sit in a remote tower throwing theoretical slide decks and charts at you. I get directly in the trenches with your team.

With over 20 years of hands-on supply chain leadership, including serving as an enterprise Chief Operating Officer and scaling brands from early-stage chaos through successful acquisitions, I founded Elevate Operations to give growth-stage founders the exact operational muscle they need, precisely when they need it.

My experience spans products sold through retail, Amazon, eCommerce, and B2B channels, and much of my work has involved acquiring under-invested brands, fixing operational issues, and building the systems needed to support profitable growth. I've led the full operations function end to end: global contract manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, inventory planning, 3PL warehousing, quality, regulatory compliance, and the outsourced finance and IT functions growing businesses depend on.

Our mandate is to be your single point of command for your operations. I bring a field-tested playbook for navigating highly regulated industries where operational mistakes carry immense cost:

  • FDA Medical Devices & OTC Drugs → driving strict cGMP compliance, site-transfer protocols, validation testing runs, and stability testing windows

  • Cosmetics & High-End CPG → synchronizing premium component sourcing, multi-CMO facility scheduling, and global freight lines to mitigate tariff impact

  • HAZMAT Chemicals (DOT) → managing specialized chemical containment requirements, dangerous goods transport routing, and strict Title 49 CFR carrier safety compliance

  • Reverse Logistics & Recall Management → managing product collection, segregation, and final disposition loops while coordinating with CMOs to minimize market disruptions

  • Inventory Management & Working Capital → installing formal S&OP processes, rightsizing safety stock, and turning slow-moving, obsolete, short-dated, and damaged inventory back into cash.

Results:

  • Reduced cost of goods by $1,425,000 (24% of annual COGS) across three sourcing initiatives over a two-year period

  • Improved gross margin 5 percentage points (40% to 45%) by eliminating low-contribution SKUs, equivalent to $500,000 in additional annual gross profit on $10,000,000 in revenue

  • Eliminated $120,000 (11%) in obsolete inventory annually by proactively managing inventory health through improved S&OP forecasting, including tighter MOQ negotiations, shelf-life extension testing, and cross-functional liquidation of slow-moving stock

  • Removed $105,000 (10%) in warehouse expenses through case-pack consolidation

  • Maintained a 98% order fill rate and on-time delivery across third-party logistics partners

  • Freed $1,366,914 (37%) in working capital within 9 months by installing a formal S&OP process.

From auditing your CMOs' production runs and streamlining 3PL warehouse distribution, to managing technical transfers between manufacturing facilities, FDA product listings and facility registrations, product recalls, and GMP/FDA-483 remediation, Elevate Ops handles the tactical friction so you can step back into your true superpower as a visionary CEO.

My operating philosophy is simple: fix the immediate fire fast, then build a system that holds without me in the room. Whether you need a relentless operator to step in tomorrow and rescue a chaotic retail launch timeline, or a high-level strategic architect to restructure your global co-packer and manufacturer network, we treat your business like our own.

I work with consumer brands that have outgrown their current operational structure but aren't yet ready to hire a full-time operations executive. It starts with a conversation, tell me what's broken, where it hurts, what needs fixing. In most cases, we can move straight into a scoped project or ongoing fractional support from there. If it's not yet clear where the problem actually lives, I run a two-week operational diagnostic first, covering landed cost, inventory turns, fill rates, and chargebacks, to identify the root cause before we commit to anything bigger. Whatever you share during that process, your margins, vendor info, or operational data, stays strictly confidential and is never shared with competitors or other clients.

You get a centralized, dependable point of operational accountability. Your team gets their creative freedom back. Your business gets a bulletproof infrastructure engineered to insulate your cash flow and protect your net margins.
